Frustrated One Day Talking to a Financial Advisor
Why is it that you only send detailed information about your investment products and services when I ask?
Why don’t you think to offer more information to me on your own?
I was a teacher abroad. I was well-respected because I told students what they needed to know about topics they weren’t familiar with. Yes, I think eliciting information should be the way, but I cared to help people when they were clueless, or didn’t know to think of questions on their own.
I don’t know how you could have done this for more than 25 years and not be more sympathetic to people who know nearly nothing about Finance.
I care about money probably as much as you, but I, at least, make money by being completely honest with people I deal with. When people do come to me, I give them more than they may pay me.
You are a different person than me. Yes, each person in the world is different, sure, but, I mean, please treat me like a human being.
When I meet people, I hope to welcome them into my life like they are my family.
My character is that when I deal with people, I really care for them.
