I dislike feeling obligated to see relatives I don’t want to see.

I dislike feeling obligated to carry out excellent customer service to extremely rude people just to keep my job.

I dislike feeling obligated to smile at people when I don’t feel like it just because it’ll make them feel bad when they see me frown.

I dislike feeling obligated to help care for someone because ‘they’re family’.

I dislike feeling obligated to stay fulfill at least forty hours of week at work just to make sure to keep my benefits.

I dislike feeling obligated to dress a certain way just to save face.

I dislike feeling obligated to following rules that are unreasonable.

I dislike feeling obligated to have anything to do with earning money in order to live.

I dislike feeling obligated to keep my grades up just to keep my scholarship.

I dislike feeling obligated to do well on my exams just to be able to graduate with my degree in time.

I dislike feeling obligated to have anything to do with people in order to have an easier existence in society.

I dislike feeling obligated to be a certain way in any interview just to get a job position or acceptance into a program I’d like to study in.

I’m sure that you understand. Thank you.
