My child, Ryan, has a broad smile

and he laughs and laughs.

I am hidden under thick

mud, which is under grass

which is under flowers.

I am forgotten.

I’m just another body now.

Another corpse.

Yet, still here to make tears,

to smell contempt,

to lie here and to abide.

My child, Ryan, has a broad smile

and he laughs and laughs.
